PROOF OF RESIDENCY FOR PARTICIPANTS NEW TO STMFA
Participants new to the STMFA for the 2024 Tackle & Cheer season will be required to submit proof of residency. We will accept the parent or guardian's Driver's License, Lease, Mortgage Bill, or utility bill as suitable proof of residency within Susquehanna Township. If you participated with the STMFA last season, this is not required. If you do not reside in Susquehanna Township, you will be required to provide a signed waiver from the team from where you reside.
REGISTRATION COSTS & FEES
Registration Fees for the 2024 STMFA season are as follows:
• Please Note: We will have a registration CUT-OFF Date for the 2024 Tackle Football & Cheer Season. That cut-off is June 30th at midnight for football and June 26TH for cheer!!!
• Cheer Early Bird (Ends 3/15/24) Registration: $140.
• Football Early Bird (Ends 3/15/24) Registration: $150.
• March 16, 2024, until Registration closes, the Base Registration fee for Cheer is $165, and the Base Registration Fee for Football is $200
• We require $100 of fundraising for each child registration this season. Our main fundraiser this season will be a raffle for cash prizes.
You will only be charged the cost of registration at checkout of online registration. The registration fee is non-refundable. Monies for fundraisers will be due on the first day of practice Monday, July 29, 2024. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
REFUND POLICY
Refunds for STMFA are assessed by the organization's administrators. No Refunds for the registration fee will be issued. To cancel registration, please contact Jessica Johnson at [email protected].
RETURNED CHECKS/NON-SUFFICIENT FUNDS
For any transaction that results in a Returned Check or Non-Sufficient Funds fees to the STMFA, you will be required to pay a $50 NSF/Returned Check Fee. You will also be placed on a Cash Only basis with the STMFA for future transactions.
PRIVACY POLICY
STMFA only collects personal information when you request our services and only uses the information collected to provide those services for you. If you choose to make a purchase, you will be asked to provide contact information (such as your name and shipping address) and financial information (such as your credit card number and expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to process your order. STMFA handles all of this data with the utmost confidentiality.
THIRD PARTIES
Any personal information provided will not be traded, rented, sold, or otherwise shared with anyone outside of SUSQUEHANNA TOWNSHIP MIDGET FOOTBALL ASSOCIATION, or used for reasons beyond those contemplated in this statement. From time to time, we may engage third parties to process your information on our behalf; however, none of SUSQUEHANNA TOWNSHIP MIDGET FOOTBALL ASSOCIATION affiliates (such as our credit card company) have permission to retain, share, store or use personal information for any reason other than providing the requested service.

Furthermore, your credit card number, expiration date and CSV code is never stored in our systems.
Our systems are routinely scanned by a third-party provider for security vulnerabilities in compliance with the policies of VISA / MASTERCARD.
